I purchased this printer direct from HP online as they had a offer of 30% off which brought the cost to just over £189. As i didn't get this offer when i paid I contacted Support & was bounced around 7 departments, until I was advised to send the order back, by refusing delivery, & re-order, which i did the following day. Again i went through the purchase again with a Support assistant who assured me i would be refunded first amount paid & qualify for the 30% with the order. I got the 1st refund 2wks later, but still didn't the discount However, the Printer is just great. Easy to set up as much of it does it by itself. Step by step simple insturctions that actually do what they say. Easy to fill the ink tanks too. The print is clear & colours bright perfect for all my needs. JThis HP model works on all functions, which is more I can say about it support/customer service

The quality of print is good when the printer is connected via a usb cable. The Direct Wi-Fi does not work. Anyone who needs this direct Wi-Fi function would be advised to purchase an Epson Printer since it does work on Epson.

After I finally managed to set up the printer ( it took me ages but that might be more a comment on my tech skills!) I am very pleased with it. It does what it should do.

We bought a new HP smart tank 7005 all-in-one colour printer about a month ago. Honestly, we absolutely love it. It was easy to set up once I had downloaded the app, as it literally went through it step by step. The printer itself is brilliant. It is definitely an upgrade from the one we had and has such great features, such as double side printing and borderless printing. The ink tank refills are very easy to do. We have now cancelled our monthly ink subscription so will definitely be saving money with this printer……it will soon pay for itself. Also just to mention, I ordered through the HP website, which was super easy to use and navigate. The printer was delivered in super fast time. I cannot fault the service at all. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase. We had our last HP printer for the last seven years and wanted to upgrade for the extra specifications…….it was still working perfectly. I have no doubt that this one will last just as long. Thank you HP
