This device was purchased after I had an online chat, in which I asked if there was a printer <£100 that would scan directly into a USB memory stick. The model looked suitable and I purchased it. However, it does not have a USB-A socket into which I may insert a memory stick. Apart from that, it's excellent.

Very pleased with the product. It is compact and fast enough for my business and private use. My one concern is the paper retainer after printing. It is not long enough to retain the paper.

I bought this new printer due to the age of my old printer lasting nearly 10 years, since purchase I have tried but got nowhere trying to rejoining replacement ink and paper. You keep asking me to complete the process of re joining, but every time I try to complete your online request, all I get is OOOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG. For gods sake and my stress levels will you sort yourselves out please.

HP was a good company before employing the "bad female agents" based in Egypt especially someone called Mariam Ali. I said "bad female agents " out of politeness. I am not used to nasty language.

Good printer scanner however the touch screen is rather small for someone like me with large fingers can be difficult to program details like password for internet connection
