Great printer when it prints. It seems every time we go to use it we have to power cycle it after which it spends 10 minutes presumably getting itself ready to print what is usually one piece of paper. Terrible.

This printer makes a crease in the paper when printing. I've tried aligning it with troubleshooting settings but it didn't help.

Easy to install, prints and copies quickly and really like the remote printing facility. So far a good purchase.

Wifi connection is temporary. Cartridges do not recognise when installed. I have lost many hours using this printer. Never again. I want my money back.

I have had this printer for 2 years and never used the scanner until this past week. there is something faulty that is creating a blur on one section of the glass. I have cleaned it 3x and still it is there. I have no warranty left and am not left with a useless scanner. don't do it.
