HP M479fdw Color LaserJet Pro (Laser, Couleur), Imprimante, Blanc

Can't scan, print, or fax from keypad. Buttons are greyed out. HP tech support came twice. Still a useless paperweight. Don't buy it.

Easy setup. The HP software is a bit clunky, but it works. Serves my home office needs, from a hybrid work from homer.

the fax on this printer does not work!!! Not getting help in returning and gettong one that works...

The printer itself is very nice. It looks great, and when it works, I really like it. I ordered this HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdw in September 2023, and now, in June 2024, I’m throwing it in the dumpster. Literally every single time I need to print something, it doesn’t work, and I have to go through the whole process of adding the printer with the HP Print and Scan Doctor software. I just want a printer that will scan and print. Is that too much to ask?

I ordered this printer for my office. I read all the reviews and expected to be a decent printer but we had so many issues with it, especially with the paper feeder. I still have 2 that we couldn’t return because the time frame passed. I do not recommend that printer.
