This thing did not work. Waste of money. Not even printing with my phone did it work. Had a constant error 80 message.

Very dissatisfied with this printer. I have had nothing from problem since the day I got it. I have spent so much money on it every time it doesn't work and I have to bring somebody in to pay them to get fixed up. I am still having issues with it. Very bad bad do not buy and you certainly don't want to have to call on the phone and deal with you the packard.!

I have supported multiple HP printers in my career and personally. This printer is by far the most difficult to manage. Nothing is intuitive, you have to search online for any information on how to do anything with it. And it is unreliable when connecting to WiFi - which creates even more problems.

This printer is from some dystopian future where you pay a subscription fee just for the privilege of owning the printer, plus they are your only source of ink, plus you pay them extra PER PAGE YOU PRINT. When you get the thing they say "try this free trail of service we'll send you free ink" but when you cancel the "FREE" trail before the first payment, they just up and charge you anyway on the way out. HP used to be a respectable brand. NO LONGER. They're scam artists and the printer is their bait. Don't fall for it like I did. STAY AWAY!
