The printer itself prints fine. In the months since I've purchased this, I've found that it is IMPOSSIBLE to use if you do not subscribe to the HP toner program. The toner cartridges that they deliver last for 40-50 pages, and then you MUST change it with a cartridge from the program. I finally cancelled my subscription, purchased an authentic HP cartridge for $55, and now the printer will not print at all. It prints test-pages just fine, but will not print anything else. Contacting the "free" customer support hotline will inform you that it is actually $19.99 to have them help you over the phone. HP has really gone downhill with this one, go with Brother instead.

A very nice all in one. This machine gives great quality It was a bit difficult to set up wifi on but I’m not too tech with that stuff Highly recommend this

This printer worked fine until I cancelled instant ink subscription and it never worked again even after replacing the toner with a new HP branded cartridge. While it was in warranty HP refused to provide support when they should have replaced the whole thing. I will never buy an HP printer again.

Pénible à installer, elle nécessite un abonnement pour fonctionner. Si vous ne voulez pas de l'abonnement c'est 51€ pour 1000 copies environ. Ses fonctions sont somme toute vraiment basiques. Le jour où votre moyen de paiement est obsolète, l'imprimante se bloquer sans que vous ne comprenez pourquoi ??? Après 2 h de recherche j'ai finalement trouvé que ma carte était périmée... Fâchée j'ai mis fin à l'abonnement. HP se fiche du monde !!!

Printer is stuck on 05 - paper jam error, I've spent hours troubleshooting the issue and tried literally everything. When I logged into my HP Account it said I have a bundle warranty and that they would replace it, but when I contacted HP support they just keep telling me that the factory warranty is expired and my only option is to buy a new one. There is absolutely no planet where I will be paying for another printer from HP - why would I trust their products when this one couldn't even handle 250 pages over several months? Also it is absolutely ridiculous to have to pay a subscription fee to use the toner that came with the printer I already paid for. I should have just paid to print things at the library and then I wouldn't have the headache of trying to get rid of this pile of junk.
