INSTALLING IS A NIGHTMARE. Multiple .exe and will connect only al low internet speed. Has no direct connection capability for install. During installation you will be redirected to multiple apps all of which have different behavior. Different doctor apps give different printer status reports! I have never experienced such amateurish software.

Not a year old and will not work, continual warning "!" signal and no code to tell what the issue is. HP Support tells me I need to pay additional $ for assistance.

You will be stuck buying HP and only HP ink. You have to create an online account just to use this thing. So many roadblocks and proprietary functions that itll be a nightmare. Dont buy anything HP.

This printer didn’t last 2 years. Initially connects to your WiFi, but frequently disconnects. I upgraded my system with more security and it failed miserably. It really only works if you have no security on your WiFi. It’s junk and it gets worse over time. I had been loyal HP user. No more. They don’t stand behind their product. I was also enrolled in instant ink. I think I only ever got one refill of toner. They wouldn’t send me more because it was offline. Well if it would stay online that would be great, but it doesn’t. I’ve had modem and router experts work on fixes, no improvement. Talked to them online 30 minutes. They could have sent me the toner which I’m sure I paid for several times over, but they lost a customer instead. Buy a different brand. I know I will.

I’ve had this printer since April of 2022. After about a year or so there was a problem printing..said to check account after checking account everything seemed fine…was still able to print until recently. I tried getting help through HP Smart…my printer information is there but it tells me my serial number is incorrect. Called HP support today and they have all my info including my serial number..and after a bunch of crap…told me they couldn’t help me. The printer is good but doesn’t help me if for whatever reason I can’t print
