HP Imprimante tout-en-un - Envy Photo 6220

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Je suis extrêmement satisfait de mon imprimante ! Dès l'installation, j'ai été agréablement surpris par la facilité et la rapidité de mise en route. L'interface utilisateur est très intuitive, ce qui rend son utilisation un vrai plaisir. Que ce soit pour imprimer des documents ou des photos, la qualité d'impression est impeccable, avec des couleurs vives et des textes nets. Le mode recto-verso automatique est un vrai gain de temps et permet d'économiser du papier, ce qui est un plus pour l'environnement. De plus, cette imprimante est très silencieuse, ce qui est appréciable dans un environnement de travail. Elle est également compacte, s'intégrant parfaitement sur mon bureau sans encombrer l'espace. Les cartouches de remplacement sont abordables, ce qui en fait un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande vivement cette imprimante à tous ceux qui recherchent un appareil fiable, performant et économique.

I bought this printer in 2020 - it still looks like new. However, in the last couple of days an error code has appeared. HP support forum instructions on how to fix the error are rubbish, it doesn't work. Called HP support via telephone and whilst the initial person I spoke to was very helpful, after him talking me through several things to try which didn't work, I was advised the printer is not fixable and as it is out of warranty I have to get a new one. He advised to call the sales team to see if there's any discount of gesture of good will they can apply since I only have the printer 3 years. Sales team were extremely unhelpful and would not even meet me half way. I would certainly expect a printer to last more than 3 years. Disgraceful.

Bought this printer just for invoices. I'm a photographer and use large canon printers so not ideal or an A4 invoice. I've used a lot of printers in my time and have to say this HP Envy 6200 I am most disgusted with. It's a complete piece of junk. Deserves big ZERO points on every topic. The first set of inks lasted no time at all. That was probably as I used them all up setting it up. It prints a load of nonsence using more ink. Then I bought new HP cartridges and it tells me there is a communication error with the HP cartridges. I do everything it tells me to make them communicate and no joy. I replace the brand new HP cartridge with another brand new HP cartridge to receive exactly the same message. So after only printing six invoices and spending a fortune on ink it doesn't work, it's getting binned. I HATE SINGLE USE PLASTIC WHICH IS WHAT THIS HP ENVY 6200 is. COMPLETE USELES GARBAGE. and that is being polite.

Ne fonctionne plus juste après l'extinction de garantie. Je ne recommande pas ce produit.
