HP Envy 5010 Tout-en-un

When it's good, it's very, very good. When it's bad, it's horrid. And seemingly at random, scanning or printing will refuse to work. I have had this kit for 4 years, and have wasted literally days of my life trying to fix it until (again at random) it springs back into life. Forget HP customer support; if you want help from a real person (even via chat), you have to pay once the kit is out of warranty. Their online troubleshooter pages are hard to navigate and do not work. The Instant Ink service is convenient, though.

Bought this and only managed to print about 5 pages as the paper has to be in EXACTLY the right place, be feeling lucky AND the moon has to be in the right phase!!!!! After struggling for a few months we gave up snf threw it in the bin. Waste of money

All good while it worked but died after 3 years. Doesn't finish the boot-up process.

Expensive to run, prints very few pages per ink cartridge, printouts poor quality, basically giving me a nervous breakdown

I had two replacement printers on the first year. Now, HP have set limitations on ink. I regret buying.
