Had it for 5 years now, with no issues. Ink isn't terribly expensive and lasts for 3600 pages or so. I only had to change it out twice last year, but I am not heavy with it.

Bought it here on Black Friday, cheaper than Staples sales price and it came quick. No issues or problems so far. Nice to have a wireless printer Incan use with my iPad or Iphone as well as desktop computer

Was delivered prior to date of delivery, set up was very straight forward. Print cartridges were included, quality is as expected, solid HP product. So far money well spent.

In an industrial factory environment, on the floor, works consistently for about 2 years, then the carpet wears out in heavy use. Less expensive to buy another printer than to repair... Was fortunate to get this one, the same model, But, for those two years, a great performer

I see answer from HPTeams about scanning duplex is possible but don't trust this answer. Isn't possible to easily scan both side in same document if you use feeder. You have use flatbed and scan page by page (that suck). I'm really not happy! Update, I discover you can't scan multiple page if you scan to google drive in JPG ... ;/ multipage only in PDF.
