Only received today but set up was quite straight forward .Paper work was reasonable although password required location information found on a separate smaller sheet with main setup guide.Should have been in setup guide.Helpful videos on youtube show setup info. All seems to be working.Connected to Network easily as I was a bit worried it wouldn't.Quality seems reasonable for price.All printers at this level seem to be vey plasticky and have parts that could break easily. As to performance can't tell yet -will have to wait and see.So far so good.

It took me 3 hours to set it up. on 4 laptops over 4g broadband and I ceased to be a teenager about 60 years ago. We have an ancient but fantastic laser printer but it won't work with windows 10 nor can it copy scan so we bought the Epson WF3820 based on class running cost. Good quality and fast printing for the type with easy controls on the touch screen. Will buy a cheap Win 7 laptop to run the laser printer for the occasional big print job but very pleased with the Epson. An you certainly won't beat the service from Printerland.

Amazing service. Ordered on Mon pm via call with very helpful man. Was told printer was out of stock but hopefully would have arrived within next 7 days but Printerland would keep me posted if any changes to this. Very surprised to accept the printer Wed am. Set up relatively easy and all going well Thank you.M
