Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C5390DW - Imprimante à jet d'encre

Never thought I'd say this about an Epson, but unless you are rich and have a technical degree of some king, this printer is trash! Has faxing, but no way to print a fax on receipt and there is nothing relating to it is settings or in the manual. Ink is 130 each color. So many settings to manipulate that I can't print an envelope just by setting the properties; now you have to jump over to the printer to duplicate them . . . I will take great delight to using an ax on this printer as soon as I can find a replacement I can afford that does everything the WF-4533 did without costing a bloody fortune for the ink! I require a printer with fax, copy, scan and a rear paper port for card stock and envelopes. And what is the problem with making a paper bin and roller that will accept paper a little bit wider than 8.5 inches wide???? My favorite brand has become trash!

Unpacked, plugged in, set-up failed on 3rd step with no alternative to bypass. Screen said "close door A to continue". Door A was not open. Even holding down the door sensors with my fingers did not solve the problem. Unplugged, repacked for return. A replacement is being sent out and I'm hopeful to be able to give that one a better rating. 2/24/22 update - Replacement received and is working well. It's a really nice printer. I especially like the fact that it's black ink only.

I needed a fast scanner but didn’t want a stand alone scanner to take up more room on our desk. So I purchased this printer/scanner . The printing is great but the scanning is very slow, seems to be a lot slower than the advertised speed. I will be returning this unit.

I bought this printer for a project that requires the Dura Brite ink as well as rear feeding to accommodate a roll of paper to go in through the back (printing something that would be 8.5" x 36" . My rear feeder will not work - it reports "paper jam" every time - although there is no jam. $300 boat anchor. Also be aware that the ink cartridges that come with this are a joke. You're going to need ink right away.

At the current price there are better options out there. Check out Canon inkjets with ink tanks. Refilling the tanks with liquid ink is a better value than the ink bags this overpriced printer takes.
