So frustrated with this new model....having SO many problems just to do simple tasks...this old model was so straight forward. Thankfully you have excellent tech support but the design wasnt so user UNFRIENDLY, I would not have had to be on the phone for ONE HOUR with them....Not happy.

All I can say is 'so far so good'. Was easy to set up and what I have printed so far has been ok. Only time will tell now!

Its really nice, its black ,no offence implied to other colours of printers,and it prints wonderfully on white paper.
