The machine it self is good. However, the software is not compatible with Window 11, so the scanning function doesn't work properly. After 2weeks of attempt, Brother has informed me that they are waiting on Microsoft to do an update and there is no timeframe. It is frustrating for a pretty expensive multi function scanner/printer, that it is currently doing 50% of it's job. Brother staff is helpful once I found the right contact channel.
