This is great for our office, but occasional the connection to it will disappear, and we have to finagle a couple of things to get it going again. The printing is super fast, quality is good, and suits our needs.

I bought this to replace my MFC 8500 which I had for 6 years and loved. The machine needed about $250 in new parts so I decided to just get a new one. All sorts of problems since day one. Machines freezes, doesn't print. Scan function overly complicated. Not happy. Returned the product and am going to have to look at other brands.

Purchased November 2018 and loved it while it worked. Early June feeder copied with marks. Telephone tech support (long wait) helped with cleaning and it improved, then feeder stopped working. Now not able to find service. For $678 I expect it to last longer than 1.5 years. While it worked it was a great workhorse for my business.

This printer worked fine for one year of use (12,000 pages). Then, it started creasing the pages, while printing and while copying. Previously, had terrible issue with WiFi log-in, which kept dropping (erasing wifi code). Had to set-up with ethernet connection.
