Brother MFC-J4350DW

The printer seems to do everything I expected although it has a tendency to jam. The dimensions given do not take into account the rigid lead connection which adds another 4-5 cms - particularly annoying as our space only just fits the machine and we can't use it quite how we had planned. Customer service uses the worst "virtual" assistants I've ever come across. It takes a lot of persistence to get a human put on the chat. The human assistants have been helpful.

I had my first 20 years ago I loved it flat top to put odd things on 2 drawers for paper and store spare ink. but sadly the overflow tank went and although i did wash it and it worked it was not for todays internet. So a new one as 72 if it lasts 20 years WOW. so there was the only decision of which BROTHER I would have so choose the most similar. set up vg. connection vg. printing VERY FAST & sharp. Easy to put ink in easy to put paper in. bright display. So I am delighted until I went to buy the ink omg my weeks pension 25% gone on ink. It was a lot to find. So my only thought now is should I have bought one that was filled from a bottle. I do have loads left from old printer so coukd have used that up . But over all I am very pleased

I have been using this printer for a few weeks and find it a excellent replacement for my previous printer. I do find it to be a good printer.

This is my second Brother multifunction. I bought this one to replace a Canon, which continually took itself offline and messed about. I bought the Brother mainly due to experience with my other Borther machine years ago which I remembered for being very reliable, easy to set up and trouble free. Please to see standards have not slipped in the meantime. Well recommended.

This is the second Brother I have had and so far all is and has gone well and no problems. It is a very enconomical printer
