Disliked fact that printer didn't work. We were advised to return it as defective and did so. Company charged us entire cost of printer as "restocking fee" $599!!!!!

Although I ordered the wirelsss HP M507dn, the printer sent to me was the HP M507 without wireless capability. Since I also purcased Staples tech support, I tried calling them and got disconnected twice. I had to have Geek Squad meet me at my office to assist with CABLE connection when they confirmed that the printer that you sent was not wireless as ordered.

acheté en janvier. Imprimante assez bruyante. Lorsqu'elle est en mode veille et qu'on lance une impression ... elle reste en mode veille (aucune impression ne s'effectue, même après plusieurs 10aine s de minutes). Elle met un temps fou à s'initialiser. la facture fait un peu "bricolage chinois" ! Je suis assez déçu ... vu le prix !
