Brother Imprimante monolaser HL-1112

Can't handle anything thicker than 90gsm. Jams everytime. Text isn't crisp.

I liked the small footprint and compactness of this printer, but not at the expense of print quality. I can just about make do with the output in that in places it is legible, but I wouldn't consider the output fit for homework or business purposes. The output is faded and where I would expect blacks I get light grey. Occasionally there are horizontal lines though the output. I have tried new paper and new toner, but the output is the same. There are settings in properties to adjust print quality, but these had no impact on output quality. So, manage your expectations. If you just want cheap and aren't too fussed about print quality then this printer will do. As I said it is small, cheap and easy to set up. Unfortunately I want something a bit better so I can't recommend.

Great, longest lasting laser printer I've ever used, and the most cheapest, go figure...

Great at first,but stopped working when out of warranty.I went to use the 2 I have after a period of non use,and niether would stay switched on let alone print.

Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Setting up was straight forward. It takes little time to 'warm up' and the print quality is very good. I recommend it.
