The humidifier is easy to use, clear instructions and does well to increase the humidity in the house

Spent money expecting it to be easy to manage with busy life. Wasted lots of time cleaning it. Also, the cleaning is very difficult inside the water tank where mould sits all the time. Also the filled water tank is so heavy and difficult to put back. Hurt myself due to sharp edges. Functioning is good with hot and cold feature. However, cleaning, maintenance and design is very difficult and poor. Not happy with the product.

I suffer from serious allergies and asthma and live in SA where the humidity is very low throughout the long hot dry summers. Hot / cold air technology is awesome. This is by far the best humidifier I have ever had; our bedroom is close to 30 sqm and this is the only one that has been able to efficiently humidify our bedroom. It has heaps of features and you can adjust the direct of the steam, adding an oil is easy with no mess pads and lots of replacement pads come with it. Also has facility for use in hard water areas such as Adelaide.

very good. easy to use. noiseless. except it's very heavy when the water tank is refilled with water. hard to raise up

Got this in the dry cold days a few weeks ago and it’s done it’s job effortlessly since. If I had any complaints it would be that I wish it was easier to refill the tank.
