Les inconvénients sont un suivi du sommeil parfois imprécis, surtout face aux montres sportives, et une moindre adaptation aux entraînements intensifs. La surface en titane peut se rayer et le chargeur est moins pratique en déplacement. Un bon choix pour un suivi santé discret sans abonnement.

The ring size was not good. The battery did not last very long. Looking at online reviews, there were a lot of issues with build quality and battery life. Thankful for the excellent Costco policy on returns.

Excellent quality ring. I bought the sizing kit first to make sure I bought the correct size. It takes 2 weeks to fully calibrate based my daily routine and still shows helpful insights and body data during that time too. Easy to use and syncs well with Apple Health.

Tried 2 different rings, wouldn’t connect to iPhone, didn’t work. Got Oura ring instead, no regrets.
