This fridge freezer is amazing. It is excellent value for money. The touch screen light is so handy to have a quick look at the goodies sitting inside your fridge! The freezer space is brilliant. We managed to fit our whole chest freezer items into the freezer side and was able to give away our old chest freezer to a family member as we no longer required it, freeing up more space in our house. It is very quick at creating more ice as well, and can go from empty to nearly full stock of ice during a nights sleep.

I bought this item foolishly thinking that the water dispenser would have the same freatures as my previous lg freezer but the most basic function of a water dispenser is CHILLED water and 21ist century machine has not got it but my 20th century one had it get worse if you try and find out any info on the lg website don't bother it has very little info regarding the water dispenser and if you want to register your product for the warranty don't bother again every page you click on to register takes you to a sales page to buy and item so if you want a down graded item with a warranty you can't register and a useless website then this is the product for you

I am, so far, very happy with the new fridge/freezer. The only minor issue is removing the ice box, for the dispenser, is not easy.

I feel like I’ve been conned with this. First of all the dimensions are larger than expected, I forgot to allow for the doors to be fully open to access the drawers in fridge and freezer, secondly I couldn’t find anywhere on LG website the dimensions of packaging, when it arrived it didn’t fit through the front door so had to be unboxed in the garden, by myself and wife, delivery team wouldn’t touch it. Now it’s in place, I’ve learned the water served from plumbed dispenser is only at tap temperature and not ice cold as you would expect from a fridge dispenser… so essentially I’ve bought a big fridge with another kitchen tap. Pretty disappointed for the price of money and the hassle I had to get it here.
