Ultimate Ears Epicboom Blanc

Wasn’t as loud as I thought it would be but it still is good quality. Also needs more bass

I purchased this speaker a few month months ago and the battery lasted at most 5 hours. I got a replacement, but I’m experiencing the exact same issue again. I probably can have it replaced once again but what will happen once its out of warranty. Just stay away!

The Ultimate Ears Epicboom is a practical option for those who want both at-home and outdoors use – the waterproofing sees to that. The speaker outputs 360-degree sound, has decent battery life, and there's EQ adjustability via the app. However, while the trio of speakers on board is loud, the sound isn't as overall eloquent as some of its similar-size and similar-priced rivals.

The Ultimate Ears EPICBOOM is decent for music. This speaker has an Adaptive EQ tool that optimizes the sound based on your room's unique acoustics. With this setting on, the speaker adds a little extra warmth in the high-bass range and some extra sparkle in the treble, which is ideal for genres with lots of highs and lows, like rock and pop. However, it falls short when reproducing deep, thumpy bass. Still, its graphic EQ and presets allow you to change the sound if you prefer something different. It also gets loud enough for most rooms, though there's some compression at max volume. Additionally, it plays stereo content without downmixing to mono.
