Le sub est incontournable dans toute sono. Je l'utilise pour sonoriser un petit ensemble Pop Rock Apres tout est question de volume, et là il en faut quand même pour en voir le bout de ce sub.

The Yamaha DXS15 is a 15 inch 600 watt active sub with a clean sounding low end bass at moderate volumes. If you start to really crank it up you will start to notice a little amount of distortion. It does have a high power class D amplifier and it is simple to add this to your bands set up. I say this is good for a band because if you are a DJ you would not want to rely on the inconsistencies with the low end distortion problems when you are cranking up your music for the club. This is the perfect sub for like a band or a drummer because it is clean and responds well to instruments.

I play guitar in a cover/original band playing shows around the Chicago area. We have used Mackie 450v2 powered monitors with a Mackie 1501 powered sub. We added the Yamaha sub and now pole mount the mains on the two subs. Our sound has never been better. The Yamaha sub is very tight and clear. We use Moog bass pedals with every other instument miked and the result is exactally as you would want. When our Mackie 1501 breaks down, it is 10 years old, another Yamaha dxs15 will take its place. Very compact and solid, these Yamaha dxs15 subs are great!
