I have been trying for 3 days to set this thing up yet it won't. I follow all the instructions, am connected to WIFI and have the app. I also purchased an LG brand sound bar and woofer for my LG TV. HOW DO YOU MAKE THIS THING WORK?

The product would not work as advertised. After several unsuccessful attempts to get technical support from LG I returned the speakers. I was able to connect all the speakers to the music flow app but was unable to get them to play in a group. Either my sound bar would play or the two speakers would play but I could not get all three of them to play at the same time.

Item arrived sooner than expected. I love the LG music flow sorry that this productline is now outdated. However I still have my system together and this speaker was a great addition. Until you learn how to set these units up together it can be a bit cumbersome but with the reduced speaker cost it’s worth the trouble.

First off...the box had been opened and a cable is missing. Looks new. Secondly, sounds great! Feels sturdy. Third, easy to get set up to my wifi and online services. App is good and easy to work with. Most impressed with the sound quality. One of the best speakers at this price range and higher imho.

I like many was reluctant to try this speaker due to the complaints, I figured Amazon has a great return policy and lg has had some time to issue updates to the speaker so I said why not, I'm glad I bought it and paired it with my LG sound bar (forgot the model # but it's the 700w one) I pre-downloaded the app beforehand so when the H5 arrived I had it all working together within 5 minutes. Watching TV it syncs up great. No issues to report yet. I will buy another after a week if this h5 continues working like it should.
