These are great for monitors and work well for mains in a small club. To get the best reproduction, use a least a crown amp with 500W into 8 Ohms. If you are using them for mains, I recommend sweeping it with a 1/3 octave eq.

We use these in an auditorium for dances, seminars and everything in between. Paired with 18 JBL subs, they more than fill the bill. They are PHENOMENAL. Well-built, powerful, clear sound, zero complaints. May very well buy more for another venue.
