Can't speak too much about the product receipt that the attaching arm was too wide for my computer monitor stand, and I had to send it back. No problem with return

It works great, no problems. The sound quality is fine. The best thing is how snugly it fits to the bottom of the monitor. Just make sure you have the U2415 or a compatible monitor so you don't have to use the alternative clips that affix it to the stand. Those look pretty flimsy

The integrated microphone and speaker into a single unit that sits below the monitor is great. Doesn't take up any desk space and great sound quality. Just plug in the cable and go. No fuss installation.
