Easy to use machine, efficient, but only really use “jeans” program to dry as others leave clothes damp.

Good piece of equipment, love the different modes such as the laundry mode which is very useful for me. Very helpful using to dry out the house as had a damp issue and it is really effective. Plus you are helping to save the elephants so what is not to love!

Bought this over a month ago for my son’s north facing bedroom and can’t believe how well it works. The single glazed windows are usually dripping wet in the cold weather but this machine within a few hours dried it out. The company that make it are into elephant conservation which is okay but the elephant icon has a sad face when it needs emptying which is absolutely stupid! Much easier to read a smiling emoji or sad emoji than an elephant!! Plus they donate to the elephants part of your payment which I find arrogant as we all have favoured charities and it should be optional. As it happens I would have donated but I would rather that be my choice

So far so good. The de-humidifier works well, maintaining 45% on low setting. Laundry setting is really good used in a closed room. Only 4* because reliability still to be tested.
