La PlayStation 5 Pro Digital Edition vise les joueurs qui veulent exploiter au maximum leur téléviseur 4K. Dans de nombreux jeux, la console offre des framerates plus élevés et plus stables que la PS5 standard, souvent avec un ray tracing amélioré et une image plus nette grâce à l’upscaling PSSR. Les tests soulignent surtout les modes 4K60 et les jeux en 120 Hz, tout en notant que la console reste silencieuse et bien refroidie. Le SSD de 2 To est un vrai plus au quotidien, car il faut moins souvent désinstaller des jeux, et le Wi‑Fi 7 facilite des téléchargements rapides et stables. Toutefois, la valeur ajoutée n’est pas la même pour tout le monde : le saut graphique se traduit surtout par plus de détails et de stabilité, pas par une expérience totalement nouvelle. Le prix est nettement plus élevé, et les possesseurs de PS5 doivent bien peser si le gain en qualité d’image et framerate justifie la mise à niveau. Comme il s’agit de la Digital Edition, l’absence de lecteur de disques est un inconvénient pour les collectionneurs et les chasseurs de bonnes affaires.

Purchased on line and the whole process was super smooth. Great comms keeping me up to date on the order, as it was being processed and then shipped. As for the device itself, it loads super quick, there’s plenty of games and I’m really glad I didn’t bother with buying the disc drive upgrade. 10/10

Console is good. worth it if you can fork out the cash and not afford a PC. The supplier though is whole other story. If you need to submit a return be prepared to fight

Searched everywhere in the UK for a PS5 Pro and finally found it at Costco for £100 cheaper than standard retail! Traveled to the store to pick it up but found out it’s an online-only deal. Still, saving £100? Absolute no-brainer. Definitely worth ordering online!
