Nothing to complain about in terms of operation. But Sony should perhaps slow down a bit on design and take an interest in practicality: when you lay the console flat, it tips on its 2 small, very light plastic feet, even with a disc drive added on the lower part of the console. The PS4 may not have been a work of art, but at least it stood firmly on its feet.

Delivery completed successfully and package in very good condition and well protected. I have been buying from LDLC for several years now and, frankly, the delivery service is impeccable, as is the customer service. In short, nothing but happiness :-)

I've been a fan of PlayStation and Sony since I was a child. I'm now 40 years old and I wouldn't change brands for anything in the world. This console meets all my expectations. Thank you, LDLC.

Customer service isn’t helping at all with this return. Ps5 Pro arrived with razor blade slashes on both sides that goes through the box. Check the other reviews, it is a recurring issue with orders arriving damaged. Box arrived with razor slashes in it down both sides that goes all the way through.
