Sigma Compteur Bc 16.16 Sts Topline Sans Fil

I purchased this at the end of riding season last year. I was replacing a sigma computer that I had on this road bike for 8 years. The old just stopped syncing - even with new batteries, the computer wouldn't detect the wheel was moving. Kind of a key feature for a speedometer...! Granted it was a few months before I tried to install the new one, but the new one would NEVER sync with computer. Tried everything. The light on the part mounted on the front fork even blinked when the magnet went passed....but the computer never got the signal Even took it to my local bike dealer. He couldn't get it working either. He said he stopped carrying Sigma due to issues like this. Worthless! Save your money!!

This replaced an older Sigma that lasted for years. Mileage, average and cadence work as they should. Accumulated mileage on 30 mile rides is repeatable to the tenth and average matches my usual rides. Highly recommended.

the computer mounting tape does not hold to handle bars when you install or remove the computer

Getting a computer that works on a recumbent trike was a big concern. This one works great. I had to make a small wood spacer to get the speed pickup close enough, but that was it.

I found that the two front lights I have mounted on my handle bar were interfering with the signal from the cadence sensor. Moved the mounting around a bit, and now it's perfect. Works exactly as it should, and well made.
