Savotta Savotta Valjas 3-piece belt pad, green Valjas 3-piece belt pad, green Valjas 3-piece belt pad, green Thanks to its three-part design, this belt padding set fits users of all sizes one pad for the back and two for the sides. The position of each individual pad on the belt is completely adjustable by the user, and if desired, the back pad can be left out. This allows for adjusting the fit and size of the padding to suit users of all builds. Each padding piece features three flat 60 mm wide belt loops, suitable for most thick and stiff belts 4550 mm wide. Each belt loop includes a D-ring for attaching harnesses, designed for our Valjas H-harness and Valjas EX-harness systems. The side facing the body is made of rubberized friction fabric, which prevents the belt from rotating or moving up and down. A row of six PALS webbing slots at the bottom edge of each pad enables a secure connection between the belt and pads when attaching pouches, resulting in a very sturdy setup. Dont throw it awayyou can craft clever things from it, such as elastic harness attachment loops for this belt! Sizes and Fit Each size provides 30 cm of quick adjustment to accommodate different belt pads and thick winter clothing layers. After a few years of in-house use we decided that this is probably something people would like to buy from us. So here we are, a decent trouser belt à la Savotta. Adjustments are done using the steel G-hook. The excess length 25 mm webbing can be neatly tucked away behind the belt through the D-ring. The D-ring allows the front of the belt to articulate to conform to your body shape and movement. The non-obtrusive design and construction make these comfortable for wear under backpack hip belts and combat belts. Sizing The main body of the belt, made from 40 mm (1,75) webbing is non-adjustable. The adjustable section, 25 mm (1) webbing with the G-hook, is attached to a D-ring. The nominal size is the minimum to maximum adjustment range of each belt size. There is about 10 cm extra adjustment (1)
