Le Sweet Protection Looper Mips est un casque all‑mountain léger au design minimaliste et moderne, qui reprend néanmoins de nombreuses technologies des modèles haut de gamme de la marque, notamment les Impact Shields in‑mold et le système Mips pour une protection renforcée contre les chocs directs et rotatifs.[3][5][7][9][13][15] Il offre un ajustement confortable grâce à une molette de réglage, des oreillettes amovibles compatibles audio et une ventilation intégrée pour le masque qui aide à limiter la buée, tandis que la ventilation directe rend le casque relativement frais et bien aéré.[3][5][7][9][11][13][15] Les acheteurs doivent cependant garder à l’esprit que les aérations ne se ferment pas, ce qui peut générer un flux d’air marqué au niveau du front et pousser certains utilisateurs à bricoler des solutions, et que quelques petits inconvénients d’usage existent, comme un maintien arrière de la sangle du masque un peu délicat et un niveau d’équipement plus bas que sur la série Switcher plus onéreuse.[3][5][7][9][11][13][15]

This is the best "entry-level" helmet I've ever used. This helmet is comfortable, lightweight, and the vents offer a nice mix between warmth and breathability. The back-band tightening mechanism is easy to adjust and sets this helmet apart from its competitors in the "entry-level" space.

This and previous model of Looper helmets are just odd in their fitment - never had any brand fit like this. I'm in the XL and chart states my head is at the lower-end of the range (as expected, should be plenty of adjustment available) but even one or two clicks of the boa system tightened makes it feel far too tight at the sides and (oddly) top of the helmet. It feels like there's a flat spot rather than a dome shape at the top of the helmet. Tried various fit-pads included for both this model and non-MIPS Looper but nothing worked. Apparently my head doesn't work with the Sweet Protection human head schematic which is strange. Can't imagine I'm the only one (Smith, Giro, Arai, Cannondale, Glade, etc never had an issue like this with). Too bad because it's good looking, lightweight and decent feature-set. Hope it works for your head!

We love Sweet Protection. Note they run a little smaller than other brands so we get a little bigger size.
