Les inconvénients sont le prix élevé, l'absence du codec aptX et le fait que le casque n'est plus pliable, ce qui le rend moins pratique en déplacement. I got these Sony headphones as a gift. Ive had my eye on them for quite some time and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the product . The noise cancelling is honestly amazing, and so is the sound. The bass sounds great, and its awesome that you can adjust the sound to your liking on the app. Its also super light and comfortable on your head . If you want new headphones I definitely recommend these. Totally worth the price !! I couldn’t be more happy with this product.

The headphones arrived and at first glance they look amazing! However when I configured them to my phone I noticed a few hiccups. They tend to disconnect at random, and truthfully the ANC is just ok. The ANC on the XM4S works much better and the sounds quality is amazing. There is deeper, richer bass, which the XM5 is missing. Moreover, I noticed that the hinges feel flimsy and when I went online to read reviews, that pretty much solidified my decision to return them. Imagine purchasing such expensive, premium headphones only for them to break within a year? More than 25% of users experience this and the warranty doesn’t cover it (there is an active lawsuit in the US regarding the XM5) The bargain on them was great, but for my peace of mind , and also because of the disappointing sound and connection issues, I’m saying goodbye to them.

Useless product for its price. Connections drops intermittently. Start, stop and Bluetooth on/off sounds are not good enough, there should be voice message. It hurts on ears after using for some time. Can get better products at much cheaper cost.

Despite the headset's good sound quality, Bluetooth shows weaknesses when the headset has to handle sound output. Moreover, in less than a year of normal use, with the headset on the ears and around the neck, one of the earcup supports split in two. LDLC handled the product return well, but Sony refused to cover the warranty, claiming that the product had been forced, which was not the case. I do not recommend it if you have a somewhat large head and risk having to "force" the headset.
