It’s just been over a year. Cannot update the firmware or connect it to my TV! The troubleshooting options did not help!! For something that is around $400, this is disappointing!

In my opinion these are very basic and not that good quality for the money. Easy to set up but the cables in the box that come with it are not very long. Having got it set up i was surprised how poor the sound quality was of the ear buds and how uncomfortable they were, because of this they are going to be returned.

I battled with the TV clear earbuds and transmitter and reluctantly I have returned them to Amazon. They were forever disconnecting my Wi-Fi.
