Excellent sound.....when working. Sent them back two times to get replaced, both times same issues, however after two replacements they still have issues charging. The amount of times ive taken them out for only one to be working is ridiculous. Like many others when putting these buds in the charging case where there is no moisture or debris its a lottery whether they are both goiing to charge, only one will charge or none. I wish i could get my money back but its been too long, im only writing this review as i was going to buy the 4's as i do normally like samsung but another £200 when the ones ive got should be usable is annoying.

Poor fitting, bad noise cancelling, doesnt come with different sized earbuds so mine move and fall out when wearing.

If there was Zero Stars I would award Zero Stars. Absoulte crap, don't waste your money on these. Constant inteference, high pitched squealling, had a pair repaired, 2nd pair exactly the same. Would not advise getting a pair of these. Raise your hand near your ear to operate them, and the high pitched squealling would drive you insane, they are the worst designed ear buds by Samsung. Clarity is extremely bad
