Instead of the two ear jacks splitting and being even in length this poorly designed has one arm 3x longer than the other (see picture) meaning that the small button sits next to one side of your face.

Bought these headphones to replace an old pair of the same kind. Unfortunately this new pair does not work. The sound jumps randomly between the left and right buds, or there is no sound at all.
