I've been looking for a headset that handles mobile and Teams/Zoom calls AND is Hearing Aid compatible. I have two cochlear implants. Pleased to say that this headset works well in this regard. Nice and light. Great price too!

Excellent for my job taking calls from Genesys and my desk phone. Easy to install and very clear.

I have used a Plantronics Savi 720 for 5 years and have been very happy with it. But the Savi 8220 is so much better. The headset is better quality and has great noise cancelling. It works seamlessly with PC, Phone and desktop phone. Highly recommended

Great headset. Sound quality is excellent and sound pickup is equally good. Noise cancelling works well and the headset is comfortable to wear for extended periods. Wireless connection never misses a beat. Base station would be more functional if un/mute could be toggled there. The advertised Bluetooth connection has never worked, which is disappointing. Overall, great but with a couple of small misses.

I purchased this particular headset as it is supposed to be one of the better ones for hearing aids. I find that the volume is all over the place. One day maximum volume is way too loud and other days it is way too soft. I do not know why this happens particularly when I haven't touched any of the settings.
