Poly Blackwire C3225 USB-C Simple

Nancy B (verified owner) – June 24, 2021 It seems like it will be comfortable. We haven’t started using Teams phone just yet, I think it will be next month, so I can’t comment on that, yet.

Have used these headphones only a few times since purchase but certainly find them more comfortable. The controls are less ambiguous than some, and I think that this headset may not have to be re-installed each time after unplugging USB. Huge appreciation for Customer Service and Helpline. Staff went to immense lengths to help me understand this product.

I liked the one I had in my office so bought another

These headphones have great audio quality, sometimes it is difficult to get the mic to work or it will glitch and quickly mute and unmute over and over but that's nothing that unplugging and replugging doesn't fix!

Headset does exactly what it promises. Comfortable to wear, sound quality is really clear, and found the headset to be quite flexible. The dual connections is handy to have and switching between devices is easy.
