Plantronics Backbeat Go 410 Blanc

I really wanted to like them. They just don't stack up: - The neck piece is too short and too flimsy; the ends rub up against my collar causing really bad microphonics during calls. - The magnets don't keep the ear buds together. - The flat cables need to go in favor of rounded cables. Just by wearing them, my wires are crimping. - These things need talk back/side tone. What it's got going for it: - multi-point Bluetooth - ANC isn't bad Maybe I'm just using the wrong product. I want a headset with Bose quality noise cancelling, a Windsmart microphone that doesn't require a dongle, does multipoint, that goes around my neck where I can have a business call where neither they nor I hear my dog barking in the background and then immediately go for a jog right after the call while listening to my streaming playlist.

The noise cancelling feature was awesome but was short lived! I've had this for about 6-8 months and after moderate usage it no longer connects to any of my devices! What a huge disappointment!

I got these 8 months or so ago. In general, I would say that the delivery of the sound was pretty good, but the ergonomics were average at best. The collar of the device was too short so that if It was outside of the collar of my shirt, it was liable to work itself off of my neck or move around my neck awkwardly. If it was under the collar of my shirt, the cables connecting the collar to the ear buds were too short and pulled on my ears, and the control section of the cable would snag on my collar. Also, the control set is too simplistic. They also had a bug that would crop up occasionally where it would repeat the power on message continuously until I plugged them into a power source.

I got these as a gift last Christmas after searching noise cancelling headphone reviews and finding these to have a good following. On receiving them and using them I was very pleased with the good sound quality and noise cancelling ability. I recommended them to family and friends due to their competitive cost and sound quality. Unfortunately in last two months, the noise cancelling ability has stopped working and in the last week the left earbud stopped working. I am so disappointed that these have let me down as they are not a cheap knock off brand and I have cared for them. Have now told family and friends to NOT purchase these after my experience.

Bought this product mainly for its ANC function. It is an entry level ANC earbuds and you cannot ask for more. I tested it during my flight and the noise cancelling function did help a lot but not all and if you turn on the ANC in a comparably quiet place then you will hear some audible white noise in the background which is not really good. I personally believe the white noise issue can be dealt with by upgrading the software so if the issue can be fixed I will give it a five star.
