Purchased for my Grandson's Birthday to used when on he is on his phone, only one ear piece worked, so we charged them both up to be sure. Made sure all the workings were correct but no nothing happened . They refused to exchange them, even though they were currently still on sale so had to settle for a refund Very disappointed Grandson

I have purchased two sets now and both end up falling out of my ears. Never again.
