The re-released Master & Dynamic ME05 maintain the original’s amazingly articulate audio and excellent build quality, but now offer Hi-Res USB-C connectivity for the modern era, as well as a 3.5mm jack. You’ll have to deal with a bit of cable noise and noise isolation won’t blow you away, but otherwise, these are a stellar pair of wired earbuds.

I am in love with these earphones. They outperform all my former Chifi earphones and I even wear my Sennheiser HD-600 less. Music sounds vivid, fun, and a critical listener will also be pleased with the sheer audio quality. On the office, they block enough noise and put music all around me. At home, I watch Netflix without any audio latency and call my friends. I love the way they look. True, if you travel a lot, maybe their successors (MW07+/MW07 Go) will be a better choice as battery life is considerably better. For me however, 3.5 hours on 1 charge is enough. Are they worth the price? Well for a premium product I would say that between $100 and $200 this is a fitting price. If you in it for the money, try to find an Amazon deal as I did. If money is less a subject, do not hesitate and buy the MW07 or the MW07+ in the color of your likings.

Although the manufacturer might be a relatively new name on the market, Master & Dynamic has added a real standout to their product portfolio with the MW07. The New York natives hit high notes all round with these completely wireless in-ears, with impressive aesthetics, a low-profile design and plenty of user-friendly functions. They’re also incredibly comfortable for longer listening sessions, while an innovative remote brings a slightly new approach to device control. Furthermore, the 10mm beryllium drivers provide you with a multi-faceted listening experience, with powerful acceleration and playback that’s lively to say the least.

Elégants, très bien finis et délivrant un son d’excellente qualité, les MW07 sont une réussite indéniable. Les amateurs de voix très chaudes leur préféreront sans doute les WF-1000X de Sony , mais pour un premier essai, Master & Dynamic s’en sort plus que bien. On regrette simplement l’absence d’application et une autonomie un peu trop limitée.
