Product sounds great, and if your used to and enjoy the Klipsch sound, you will not be disappointed. Multiple sized soft pliable plastic ear pieces are provided to accommodate various sized ear canals. Like a bit more bass, use a slightly larger ear piece and there is a marked increased depth of bass sound. Can use the app’s equalizer to fine tune the sound. Wireless stylish storage case charging is a nice feature. Also a drying agent is built into the case to reduce accumulated moisture. Noise cancelling works well. Battery life, well I listen for 90 minutes during walk, and have not used the product to the end of its charged battery life.

Expected so much from these. They’re okay, but I was hoping for more. Also, not very loud. Going to see if I can hear my music when I’m doing yard work.

These fit me and stay in my ear much better than my Apple AirPods. The Transparency feature amplifies environmental sounds so you hear your surroundings as well as the music, more like listening in a room than with earbuds, which block out some sounds even without Noise Reduction, which is great when you don't want external sounds interfering with the music.

They don't charge. They don't fit. They don't have sound good. The charging case is bulky and doesn't charge the headphones. These are the worst earbuds I've ever owned. Whatever you do, stay way from these. Go look at Jabra Actives instead.
