The headphones are faulty. The sound is coming out of the wrong speaker. The left sound is coming from the right speaker and vice versa. I have ordered this item three times and all of them have had the same problem.

Shortly after purchase the headphones began to discconnect with the slightest tap to the cable, does not happen with other cables on same phone
