Love it! I've owned two Sennheiser Presence, I bought the first one in 2019. I lost the first one last year so I tried using Airpod Pros, but too many people complained about the sound quality and background noise with the Airpods. I'd highly recommend the Presence!!

I love sennheiser’s Bluetooth devices as I’ve had a few but this one has no dongle included, which is necessary for it to be used with a computer. The user guide shows it “should” come with a dongle. Also, the packaging and overall feel is that this product has gone downhill since my last earpiece from Sennheiser. Used to come in a really terrific case and the charging device was super sturdy for the earpiece. Now it’s just junk.

i've ordered about 4 of these ... seems like once per year.. the comfort is only so/so - i find my ear hurting a bit if where for over 4 hours. But, the reason i keep coming back to these is the sound and noise cancellation. By noise cancellation, I mean the cancellation of noise that is transmitted to the person on the other end of the line. other than unique, abrupt noises; you can have a phone call in a loud restaurant, loud tv, etc and the person can't hear it. fantastic. The worst thing is the silly slide on/off design. It breaks, becomes loose, too easy to slide off if you are adjusting ear fit... its just dumb and very weak. if they could change that design, 5-stars all day long..

I bought this headset in January 23 based on the reviews I read. it's now July and the headset has already failed. I've had Plantronics headsets in the past that lasted years and the only reason I had to get a new one was because I lost them. I contacted customer support for this one and after emailing back and forth and jumping through all the hoops they finally asked for a video. WHAT IS A VIDEO GOING TO DEMONSTRATE ON A HEADSET? I will now buy a Plantronics like I should have done in the first place.

The headset stopped working shortly after I purchased it. I was able to hear but the caller could not hear me. I contacted the seller, they called me back and provided information on how to reset the headset. After numerous hours of unsuccessful trying I gave up. I explained the representative that I had tried everything but nothing worked. I was very disappointed that the seller did not give me an option to return or replace the headset.
