Beats by Dr. Dre Fit Pro Rose

Well, getting burnt by the exchange once again. Ordered Beats Fit Pro online, shipped to my house. They're defective and the AAEFES website for returns isn't working properly. Never has. So, brand new Beats earbuds. Can't pair them. They connect to my iPhone right up until I pull the earbuds from the charging dock. Apple service technician has no fix for this situation. Says the earbuds most likely defective from the factory. But, I can't even return them. Exchange return merchandise software broken. Their phones are closed today. And, the chat is some digital regurgitation of advice that doesn't remotely work.

Great headphones, identical in every way to the other pair I bought and lost and replaced. Reassuringly predictable manufacturing.

Really pleased with my purchase. This replaced my Samsung Galaxy buds and the difference between the two is amazing. Sound quality and fit is perfect and would definitely recommend.
