We use these at work and they constantly jam, are very difficult to set up and generally unfit for purpose. I could make a better printer out of two servos and a crayon.

First I bought the monitor and the touch has problems during setup. Tried to use touch function on my application but no response and failed. Called the tech support at Gvision but they are not very helpful. Touch still does'nt work. Horrible customer service. Driver errors popped up in Windows 7.
