We changed heads and it was easy enough but the harness that held it was problematic. After engaging HP for an inordinate amount of money, the harness was replaced and the printer works fine.

With an older printer and cartridge costs rising it seemed sense to try a compatible. Initially the printer refused to recognise it. By turning printer off at mains for 5 minutes and then re-starting it all worked perfectly. Print quality is every bit as good as previously and costs are a fraction. Very pleased.

No the right size as claime don website I have a professional photo pro for photo and scrapbooking business and the inks says HP 38. But they say it’s replacemnt is 70 not it nothing like the current individual inks well I have now it a dual ink they say it’s the only inks I ought over 225 for the inks I needed for this machine they won’t trade them in or refund says it the only ones not returnable I can’t

I bought cartridge and printhead for my HPZ3100....package always on time. Quality is perfect. I need to buy some more cartridge I will do it on HP store on line. Only small problem, the price of cartridges is high.
