My printer was printing faintly and we noticed that the printer itself was calling for the imaging unit to be replaced. We hesitated because of the cost. Note, our printer is full of ink, we have cleaned the print heads, installed this imaging unit and we have the same low quality print. We didn't contact the company sooner because we were in the midst of a renovation and were not using the printer on site at that time. I would be very cautious about spending the money on such expensive parts that don't add value.

Bonjour, Je viens de remplacer l'unité d'impression de mon imprimante Xpress C460W et il y a toujours le message d'erreur. Impossible de contacter HP alors que la pièce est une pièce d'origine. Comment faire ?

J'avais des grandes bandes sur toutes mes impressions; En changeant l'unité d'imagerie, la qualité est revenu comme neuf. J'aurai bien aimé un peu moins cher....
