The printer and the shipping were both great. The installation cd, however, did not work. I downloaded software from Lexmark, and it dis not work, either. But, I did a chat with a tech from Lexmark, and she was great. She spent about an hour getting it all set up, and it now works like a star.

had it for a couple months now and zero problems. prints fast and decent quality (maybe not photo quality) but still really good

toner a bit on the expensive side. but printer is very good quality and does everything my small office needs. Doubles as a Color Copier.

I ordered this product because I needed a multi functional system. The print quality was excellent, however, the other features NOT GOOD AT ALL! Which means it didn't meet my needs. So, I returned it! When my refund arrived it was upsetting to say the least! They are staying that I have to pay a restocking fee? First of all, it's not my fault the product didn't work and I forgot to mention there is no directions provided for installation or trouble shooting. I purchased the product to keep, not to return, and I need my full refund! They took $150 plus dollars from me for something that was not my fault! I need my money, Amazon! I order at least once a week from Amazon. This is robbery!!!

Horrible product ! Software issues and I got transferred to country of Columbia for support. Took to it recycled for scrap and bought HP from Apple online.
