THIS CARTRIDGE IS WORKING JUST FINE. I HAD RECEIVED A HP62 CARTRIDGE EARLIER THAT WAS DEFECTIVE. THE BX GAVE ME CREDIT FOR THE BAD CARTRIDGE.

Product never came as you cancelled it you couldn’t establish who I was !!! Although I’ve dealt with you for a few Years . My Co . Is Cartouche formed approximately 20 years ago. I am not big in turn over , but like dealing with yourselves who have always been reliable .
